Hassan Rashid FCA Dip PFS

Director

Hassan has been a partner of the firm since 2002. He specialises in wealth management and tax planning, but also looks after a diverse portfolio of owner managed local businesses.

Prior to joining Barker Maule he was a director of a Big 4 firm and spent 12 years working in the Middle East and the UK. Hassan also spent 18 months as finance director of a local manufacturing company.

Stephen Keane ATT AAT

Manager

Stephen joined Barker Maule in 1985 and has extensive experience in many aspects of accountancy and tax. He currently manages a portfolio of 200 clients. Steve specialises in new start up businesses, and many of our clients have benefited from his excellent advice during their early stages.

Steve enjoys travelling and is a season ticket holder at Nottingham Forest. He is also the manager/coach/treasurer of a local Sunday league football club.

Manager

Alex joined Barker Maule in 2025 and provides accounting, tax, VAT, and business advisory services with a proactive, personal approach. his aim is to remove the stress from managing your finances by offering clear advice, responsive support, and practical solutions tailored to your needs.

When he isn’t at work, Alex enjoys traveling to new countries and playing golf.
